Many people have opted to purchase a drying rack this winter in order to slash bills, but without the assistance of constantly warmed radiators, this can be a task in itself.Due to the cost-of-living crisis we find ourselves in, popping the heat on, can often costs us an extortionate chunk of our pay checks, meaning we may want to use it sparingly.
