The mum of Riley Strain, a University of Missouri student who went missing in Nashville on March 8, broke down in tears during a press conference , lamenting 'he is my everything.' Michelle Strain added that Riley's friends who accompanied him at the bar that night 'are heartbroken also.' Fighting through tears, she explains how close her son was with his fraternity brothers and how much his disappearance has devastated them. 'We love these boys like our own,' she said.

'So it is just as hard on them as it is on us. We are focussing on bringing Riley home. He is my best friend. He is my everything.' Michelle took time to thank the Metro Police for handling the case so well. The devastated mum seemingly has no gripes with the police response thus far, emphasising with cops as they try to assess all the information that is being rapidly thrown at them.
