Government announces relief measures as death toll approaches 3,000, according to latest figures

as planned on October 9-15th, Morocco’s central bank governor said on Thursday.

In a valley down a steep slope from the village of Anzelfi, which suffered severe damage, residents had set up camp with some tents, blankets, rugs and other salvaged items.
