Attendees sang Amazing Grace at the end of an emotional vigil intended to provide 'solidarity and support' in the wake of the tragedy

More than 200 people have gathered in Waterford for a special vigil in memory of six-year-old Matthew Healy, who was found dead near Dunmore East in the county on Friday morning.

The vigil was attended by members of local emergency services and a number of public representatives.
