Mesut Ozil has found minutes hard to come by at Arsenal and continues to be linked with the exit door as Mikel Arteta plans a summer transfer revamp at the Emirates

Mesut Ozil will not be leaving Arsenal this summer and is determined to see out his contract at the Emirates his agent has revealed.

Ozil has struggled for the past two years having been used sparingly by Unai Emery and now Mikel Arteta despite earning a mammoth £350,000-a-week. His salary has made finding a buyer difficult and Ozil's agent expects him to remain at the Emirates for another year."He's got an ongoing contract that hasn't changed. He will stay with Arsenal."When quizzed Arteta has claimed the German has struggled with a back problem but it remains to be seen whether he would feature in the first team should he stay.
