Meghan Markle 'rejected' by Taylor Swift before star teamed up with William

Taylor Swift was seen smiling as she spent time with Prince William last week - having previously rejected the chance to work with Meghan Markle .

The group all beamed as they posed for a selfie, with Taylor's boyfriend Travis Kelce even making an appearance. The meeting couldn't be further from what happened when the Duchess of Sussex tried to convince Taylor to appear on her Archetypes podcast with a "personal letter". Archetypes ran for one season on Spotify, with Meghan producing 12 episodes. The podcast had a number of guest star appearances from celebrities such as Serena Williams, Paris Hilton and Jameela Jamil. After leaving Spotify, Meghan joined forced with podcast network Lemonada, which has already distributed the first season of Archetypes. Meghan is also set to launch a new podcast with the company.
