She took to social media to share some snaps of a family day out as they got out to stretch their legs and see some sights.
She, nephew Dermot Kennedy and the rest of the family wrapped up warm as she posted a lovely photo of them posing with the background of the mountains.She also shared some other family pictures, and some adorable snaps of their dog.She beamed in a stunning leopard print coat as she stood with her family, while Dermot also smiled at the camera.
Speaking to RSVP previously, Mary said that her retirement has given her the opportunity to spend more time with her family. "While I like doing things, I don’t want there to be an imbalance of too much professional activity and not enough of the meeting up with friends, going for a walk, being with my grandchildren," she said.
"Days are numbered and you don’t have any say in how long you are going to spend on this earth so I want to make the most of every single minute."Read more:
