Man’s body recovered from Royal Canal in Dublin as gardai appeal for witnesses

A man's body was pulled from the water of the Royal Canal in Dublin today as an investigation into the death has been launched.

"The body has been removed from the scene and taken the City Morgue in Whitehall where a post mortem will be carried out in due course. An examination of the scene has taken place.

Cyclist killed in accident with tractor in KildareInvestigating Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this collision to contact them. A parked tractor? Your report is confusing when you mention no driver. Really poor reporting. The tractor had a driver. Excellent reporting guidelines here. It would help save lives if you used them. Earlier today I watched a tractor take a corner much too fast and run wide. He ended up fully across the white line. There was nothing coming against him otherwise it would have been a serious incident. Usual 16 year old.
