Man dies after car hits tree in Co Wexford

The man, who was a passenger in the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.

His body was taken to Waterford General Hospital where a post-mortem examination will take place at a later date.The R733 at Bargy Commons is closed in both directions, as Garda Forensic Collision Investigators conduct a technical examination of the scene. Local diversions are in place.Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this collision to contact them at Wexford Garda Station on 053 916 5200.
