Man could be living on the Moon by 2030 - NASA official

After a series of failed launch attempts earlier in the year, Artemis 1 took off on Wednesday from the Kennedy Space Centre in Florida.

Considering it took 3, or was it 4 attempts to get there in this day and age, I doubt it very very much.

'NASA's inspector general estimates the Artemis campaign will cost $93 billion between 2012 and 2025, $4.1 billion for a single launch. Elon Musk claims the price tag for a Starship launch will be less than $10 million'.....Put him in charge of NASA....
