A man, 20s, was rushed to hospital after sustaining serious injuries in a road traffic collision involving an E-scooter and a car in the early hours of Thursday."The rider of the e-scooter, a man aged in his 20s, was conveyed to St James's Hospital for treatment of serious injuries sustained as a result of this collision," said a Gardai spokesperson.Usher's Quay was closed from Mellows Bridge to Father Matthew Bridge with diversions in place while members attended the scene.
