Summer is all about music festivals, and we all look forward to days of live music, great food and incredible company in a fun setting.
This year, the festival has secured The Frank and Walters to headline, alongside Dublin rock band The Riptide Movement and Mundy. However unlike previous similar events in the town, this year’s festival is a three day bonanza, with Friday June 23rd seeing a band trail taking place in venues across the town.Not only does the festival provide some incredible Irish talent, but also to support the local community - something we are all more conscious of these days.
As a result, they decided what better way to celebrate than to have a festival in the centre of Macroom town. Macroom has lots to offer, and the festival, run through local business association The Lee Valley Enterprise Board, is a great way to showcase the area.
