Union calls for immediate closure of construction sitesJust blanket closure is rediculous and not a though-out solution. Assess the risks and the results will show that most activities can be continued. Provide masks as part of PPE, increase monitoring and controlling on Sites Agree 100% social distancing not being adhered to, himself is going around with his tape measuring 2mtrs and lats are laughing. We're here not stirring out but he can carry it back to us. This is a drastic solution to the SocialDistancing issue in construction. The expense of paying them while work isn't being completed too. Then again, they can't work from home...
