Judge demands organisers explain decision to proceed with event which had 120 guests

The bridal party and organisers behind the staging of an “illegal” wedding after party in Co Longford which attracted more than 100 guests, have been ordered to explain in court their decision to “flagrantly” breach public health guidelines.issued the direction at a special court sitting in Longford on Thursday afternoon after an estimated crowd of 120 people attended the celebration after a Traveller wedding on Wednesday evening.

“The dogs on the street knew that this was a complete breach of all public health regulations,” he said. The judge said the contempt shown by both the organisers and attendees in defying a court order was akin to a “law of chaos” in view of present Covid-19 health guidelines.

Pavee point any comment?

Ahh sure the injunction was delayed though the party went on into the night !!!!

Nowt to do with race or diversity. Sickening breach of the law putting public lives at risk. Totally selfish.

Contempt of court is a serious crime, on top of such flagrant breach of public health rules. Let them honeymoon in jail, all of them

Wonder will they turn up ? Not likely

Did Seamus Wolfe say this?

Just like everything else they do different law for the rest of us

They are only laughing at anyone who plays by the rules. Always have and always will.

Bullies pure and simple, wait now for the race card to be played, same oul shite
