The latest attempt by Donald Trump's Republican allies to overturn the 3 November election was dismissed by one of his own appointees to the federal bench, Jeremy Kernodle

A US federal judge has rejected a lawsuit from a Republican congressman that sought to allow Vice President Mike Pence to reject Electoral College votes for Joe Biden when Congress meets on 6 January to certify his victory over President Donald Trump.

The standing requirement "helps enforce the limited role of federal courts in our constitutional system. The problem for plaintiffs here is that they lack standing,"Judge Kernodle wrote.A spokesman for Mr Pence declined to comment. Under the Electoral College system, "electoral votes" are allotted to states and the District of Columbia based on their congressional representation.

AnY dAy NoW. What's next up to fail? Another SCOTUS challenge? Jan 6th vote? Trump refusing to leave the WH on the 20th? (That'll be funny to watch if it happened. He's a private citizen at that point and trespassing).

Trump won legally, Biden got through by fraud, this will all be revealed soon.

Johnson/Trump playbook.
