The city centre building is fully let to the Office of Public Works with Revenue among its existing tenants

Laurence Goodman jnr, the son of beef baron Larry Goodman, has acquired a Dublin office development, currently leased to the state, for a reported price of €30 million.

Goodman jnr has landed the property at Number 73 - 83 Lower Mount Street at a 20 per cent discount to the guide price of €37.5 million, according to the Irish Times.
