Kim Jong-un 'fed uncle to dogs' and 'killed aide with piranhas'

Rumours and wild speculation are surrounding the North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un, claiming he has died following heart surgery.

Kim's whereabouts and the status of his health remain a mystery as he has not been seen in state media reports since April 11, the day before he reportedly had the operation.Any claims about Kim or the country's activities are almost impossible to verify given Pyongyang's secrecy and isolation from the rest of the world.

When another was chosen in his place to attend a special meeting in China, it seemed there was no way back for the man who had been one of Kim's most trusted advisors. He was executed on December 13 in what is rumoured to be the most gruesome way possible - it is claimed Jang was stripped naked and locked in a cage with 120 starving dogs.But this is far from the only gruesome execution said to have been carried out on the orders of Kim Jong-un.Furious, and inspired by a James Bond villain, Kim ordered a truly chilling execution - he was thrown into 'a piranha-filled fish tank'.

But this was no ordinary execution by firing squad. Chol was rumoured to have been "exploded by mortar bombardment". Even being the brother of the despotic leader doesn't keep the ruling family safe. Kim Jong-un's half-brother, Kim Jong-nam, was reportedly assassinated after being found dead in an airport.
