Irish TV star worried about only having 15 years left at RTE as she turns 50

Blathnaid Ni Chofaigh has told how she won’t be defined by turning 50 this year but admits being freaked out at having just 15 years left at RTE.

“We are getting to know each other again in a strange way, and it is lovely. I am looking forward to more of that.” She added: “I’ve done the parade for 10 years and everyone is squished at the barrier. It is not a safety issue but they are really close together.“I would hate to be part of a television experience that helped spread the virus.

“I am sorry but there are more important things in life but I do feel dreadful for the designers and artists and the children who rehearsed, but they will have another day out.”

Pity about her..people are being layed off all over the country at the moment and that ginger whinger is worried about another 15 years to go....coming out the end with a nice pension
