Irish restaurant takes action after 'dismissive' American tourists break rules

A Kerry restaurant will be checking temperatures at the door after some US tourists tried to get a table after breaking quarantine rules.

The hard-working owner told the Irish Mirror: "I made the decision after last night, two groups came looking for a table, they came to the door having not booked. Noel, 45, said that it's a tough time for restaurants after the financial implications of lockdown but he will turn down business in favour of safety.
