Dublin Port accounted for 51 per cent of the 11,912 tonnes of good handled by the main Irish ports

New Figures from the Central Statistics office show that 11,912 tonnes of goods were handled by Irish ports in the first quarter of 2023, down 6 per cent from 12,653 tonnes in the first quarter of 2022.

During the first quarter of this year, 2,612 vessels arrived in the seven main Irish ports, a 5 per cent decrease from the first quarter 2022 number of 2,746.
