Irish parents warned over holidays if kids plan to return to school in September

Parents have been warned not to take their children on foreign holidays if they want them to return to school in September.

“This is all about trying to keep Covid-19 out of schools and trying to maintain safe, healthy practises within schools.” Mr Mongey said: “Schools are going to need additional assistance on an ongoing basis to help with supervision on corridors at break times, but again there is going to have to be quite a significant education programme created for students upon the return to school.“We want to see schools reopen. We want students back in school.“I have 1,000 pupils in my school and almost 100 members of staff.
