Ireland's interim boss, John O'Shea, made changes in the team's playing style and secured a draw against fourth-ranked Belgium. Evan Ferguson had a chance to end a 20-game winless streak but missed a penalty. Debutant Sammie Szmodics impressed with his commitment on the pitch.

Meet the interim boss, not quite the same as the last boss. John O'Shea promised to mix things up more than Stephen Kenny and did so.
