Liz O'Neill, a Kilkenny-based family carer with her two daughters, Emma and Katie, who she cares for, one of whom lives with a severe disability, and one who has more moderate needs. According to the charity Family Carers, Ireland's 355,000 family carers 'feel caged', and are calling for a clear roadmap for when services including school, day care and respite, and transport provision will resume.
