'Hurt' Gisele's reaction to Tom Brady's brutal Netflix roast as reason emerges

NFL superstar Tom Brady has brushed off claims that his ex-wife, Gisele Bundchen, is "hurt" and "upset" by the harsh jokes made during his Netflix roast.

Many of the jokes centred around the breakdown of Brady's marriage and Bundchen's new relationship with Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente. However, it was reported that Bundchen was upset that the seven-time Super Bowl champion defended New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft but didn't come to her defence.

A source told the Daily Mail : "It just seems to Tom that Gisele will get angry with him for anything and everything and there is nothing he can do to change that," They added: "He will continue to try to be in her good graces for the kids but he also has to stick up for himself and going through the Roast was something he wanted and needed to happen."

Explaining his decision to appear on the special, a source revealed: " has had an incredible life and career, along with bumps in the road from his relationships with Bill Belichick and Gisele and controversies over Deflategate. He wanted to do this in order to get a clean slate to move forward."Brady and Bundchen were married for 13 years, sharing a son, Benjamin, and a daughter, Vivian. But the pair went through an incredibly public divorce in October 2022.
