Denied refugee status, Hussain subsequently waited several weeks for a response from the Department of Justice as he requested permission to stay in Ireland. in an effort to receive the attention of Minister for Justice Heather Humphreys in order to to assure his safety. Nadim's case has caught the attention of the Irish public and he shared his gratitude in a video shared to Twitter on Friday night following the ending of the hunger strike.Hunger Strike just ended and Nadim received assurances from his legal team after discussions with the Justice Department that he will not be Deported. Thank you everyone!!!
You are SO welcome. Keep us in the loop, keep letting us know how you're getting on. And we can pray together.
I don't understand why if he was denied refugee status, after going through the process, that he is now being allowed to stay? Doesn't it set a dangerous precedent for others I'm merely asking a question, not intending to cause offense to this man. Can anyone answer
