Babies who are affected by Foetal Alcohol Spectrum are often small and suffer from problems with their organs

While many enjoy a drink while they’re expecting, the HSE is urging people to think again.

An HSE spokesman said: “The fact is that no amount of alcohol at any stage of pregnancy is safe for your baby.
