Homecare providers have threatened the HSE with legal action over what they claim is a lack of clarity in a new tender for services.

Home and Community Care Ireland , which represents private providers employing 10,000 carers across the country, wrote to

the HSE and Department of Health last week highlighting a number of concerns it had with the tender to provide services in 2023.
