Holly Willoughby hit out at Prince Charles' biographer Tom Bower as she dubbed his remarks about Meghan Markle "dangerous".
Appearing on This Morning alongside fellow historian Kate Williams, who put her head in her hands over the remarks, Tom insisted that Meghan wasn't naive when going into marrying Harry. At this point, Kate put a hand on her head and Tom continued: "I just think that the interview raised so many more questions about her than about the Royal Family. I find it very hard-"
And viewers were similarly unimpressed by the remarks, with one tweeting: "This man on @ThisMorning Showing his true colours! I can't believe the nonsense that is coming out of his mouth. Correction! I can believe it, as many of his generation think & talk in the same way. It's just shocking hearing it on prime time TV #ThisMorning."
