Out of the 10 stations 7/8 out of 10 of them have records starting from 2003 onwards, some of the 10 listed start as recently as 2010 recording temps,so highest temps in 20 years or 12 years are the records that are broken at these stations, plus headline v 70s why not 50s?

What was considered normal in the seventies may not have been normal. I recall that in the seventies climate 'experts' ( is that an oxymoron) were predicting another ice age. Then miraculous they switched to climate warning, change , emergency. Some of us still call it climate
