A Galway mother has spoken about her anguish watching her daughter suffering from a toothache but not being able to afford to get the tooth extracted.

In an email to Sinn Féin TD Mairead Farrell pleading for her help, Ms Delappe said:” I work as a chef but can not afford to save for anything as all my wages go on bills.
