Congratulations to taylorsgalway on their win!

The first ever Irish Single Pot Still Week took place in venues across the country this November, with the goal of raising awareness of one of Ireland's greatest products - single pot still whiskey.

Today, however, Irish single pot still whiskey is once again winning international recognition, as seen with Redbreast 12 Year Old winning World's Best Whiskey at the 2019 International Wine & Spirits Challenge. As part of the festival, venues were invited to create a single pot still serve that best represented their style, choosing between a cocktail, a beer pairing, a whiskey flight or a food pairing.

In the end, it was Taylor’s Bar & Beer Garden in Galway that took the top slot, making it through two separate and distinct rounds of voting and judging in order to receive their prize from Great Irish Beverages.
