Probably? Either they are diagnosed 100% or not at all.

People not taking things sufficiently seriously anymore - traffic today on the Navan Road into Cabra & Phibsboro was up maybe 60-70% on last week. Also lots of tradespeople doing work on houses & shopfronts. Very, very worrying.
