The French asset manager has upped its shareholding as analyst downplays a 20 per cent drop in the food giant’s share price, EllieD798 reports.

Amundi, the French asset manager, now holds a 3.03 per cent stake in Kerry Group, stock market filings show.

Based on the current share price, this puts the value of Amundi’s stake in the Edmond Scanlon-headed company at €491 million. With more than 100 million clients and over €2 trillion in assets under management, Amundi is one of the leading European asset managers.
