England ran out 30-24 winners against Fiji on Sunday afternoon in a thrilling quarter-final.

Former Ireland captain Fiona Coghlan says she 'can't believe' England have made the World Cup semi-final after they beat Fiji on Sunday afternoon.

Despite being in control of the match, England conceded a late try to Fiji to level proceedings with less than 10 minutes to go. Owen Farrell would score a late drop goal and a penalty as they ran out six-point winners.Speaking on RTE, she said: "I actually can't believe they are in the World Cup semi-final the way they played this year and in this tournament. I think they are going to come up against sterner opposition next week and I think they are going to be found out.

"England will be delighted to have got away with that, they didn't play particularly well but they showed a lot of character for a group that went into this World Cup that was probably being written off by a lot of people they're in a semi-final."
