Court heard the case arose out of an incident on 10 November 2014 when Carmel Coyne was a senior cabin crew member on a long haul Aer Lingus flight from New York to Shannon

Carmel Coyne from Cappagh Road in Galway is also suing Aer Lingus over the incident in November 2014, in the proceedings which were initiated in early 2017.

Barrister Tadhg Dorgan for Ms Coyne told the court that the representatives were consenting to the amendment order. The court heard the case arose out of an incident on 10 November 2014 when Ms Coyne was a senior cabin crew member on a long haul Aer Lingus flight from New York to Shannon.
