EasyJet will resume flights on June 15 with all passengers and cabin crew required to wear masks when travelling.
They will serve a number of UK airports including Gatwick, Bristol, Birmingham, Liverpool, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness and Belfast. The airline said it is "introducing new measures to help ensure safety and wellbeing, including enhanced aircraft cleaning and disinfection and requirement for passengers and crew to wear masks".
"These measures will remain in place for as long as is needed to ensure customers and crew are able to fly safely as the world continues to recover from the impact of the coronavirus pandemic."Earlier in the week the airline revealed it had been the target of a "highly sophisticated" cyber attack, with more than 2,000 passenger credit cards placed at risk.
Many have already been informed while some will be contacted in the "next few days", at the latest, by May 26.
