EastEnders star Lorraine Stanley says she feels better than ever as she showed off her five stone weight loss .
In pictures shared on social media, Lorraine could be seen enjoying the sunny weather in her garden and giving a thumbs up to the camera. She then posted a before and after picture 12 months apart to detail her progress.Lorraine wrote: "What a difference a year makes. Five stone down, feeling good, clean living, healthy choices, new me, healthy mummy. Fit at 40."
Lorraine confirmed she would be leaving EastEnders back in October. Posting on social media at the time, she wrote: "Hey everyone! I’m so grateful for all of your lovely messages this past week. Thank you to Daran Little for creating the Taylors and to the BBC for giving me the opportunity to play such a fabulous character.
