Reid has the vital final say as champions Ballyhale march onKilkenny legend scores goal from a free in the dying seconds to break St Thomas’ hearts I can’t understand how there is not one mention of the fact that the penalty was awarded to a player that charged with the ball, (it should have been a free out). Secondly TJ clearly had a foot inside the line before he struck the penalty. Poor refereeing again. I am a neutral.
