Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford's final photo together as they confirm split

Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford have confirmed that they have separated, with the announcement on the weekend having come following recent speculation.

The news this week comes following concern about Ruth and Eamonn's relationship, with there having been reports of split rumours recently. Fans are said to have noticed that they hadn't been pictured together in months. Neither of them appear to have shared any photos of each other on their respective Instagram grids in months. It's however believed that Ruth and Eamonn have posted photos of each other on their Instagram Stories at times though.

It's believed to have been the most recent photo of the former couple shared on social media. The photo showed Jack stood in between his parents whilst they posed in front of some balloons. A caption, believed to have been written by Ruth, read: "21 already ... how did that happen?!! Happy birthday Jack. Love you son."

Eamonn said: "Am I not invited?" Ruth teased in the video: "Well, I hadn't really thought about it. Do people want to see you there?" Her husband added: "I think they'll want to see me more than they'll wanna see that Anton or that Rylan ." Ruth said: "Oh, I don't know. Oh alright then, you can come." Details about tickets were then provided by Ruth.
