Double decker bus in bad crash as multiple emergency services rush to scene

The collision happened on the Dublin road in Portlaoise on Tuesday morning with the passenger bus receiving a noticeable dent to the front.

Multiple gardai and an ambulance rushed to the scene with traffic halted on the road for a short time.However, officers are appealing for any witnesses that were on the road on Tuesday morning to come forward. A garda spokesperson said: "Portlaoise Gardaí and Laois Roads Policing Unit unit at the scene of collision between a bus and a car. No serious injuries.
