Former president Donald Trump took to social media to go on a peculiar rant as two courtroom showdowns loom, including one in the fight to stop his properties from being seized.
Trump has been attempting to seek a bond of $464 million to try and cover the fines and the disgorgement for his sons and co-defendants Eric and Donald Jr. He has until Monday, March 25, to come up with a bond amount or Ms James could begin seizing some of his properties. It's been revealed Trump has multiple loans on his properties of up to $200 million. This could end up devaluing their worth and make it less likely that they could be seized by authorities. This week, it was heard that paying the full civil fraud penalty for Trump would be "practically impossible".
The previous day, he had posted on the same site saying he has almost $500 million in cash, which he was planning to use for his 2024 presidential campaign.
