About FG housing policy and its outworkings since 2011. Eg. Why is it impossible to build an apartment for sale in Dublin anymore? ( fg policy)

This podcast could have been great. But it spent most of its duration talking around the big issue, housing and more about “ Una Mullally said mean things about FG” and her defending her right to write. Nobody cares. Why didn’t UnaMullally ask nealerichmond targeted questions

I don't like a lot of UnaMullally's writing but she's dead right here. Secondly, either FineGael doesn't control their TD's media appearances well enough or maybe someone in the party hates nealerichmond and set him up, because he made an absolute plonker of himself here

nealerichmond doesn't live in the same Ireland as me

On virtually every hard decision they kick for touch.

FineGael is this the best you have?

Does the Irish Times get it? Una Mullally is the reason why lots of people are not reading the IT 🤨

It was a great podcast, fair play to both for engaging and actually having the conversation 👏 they clearly will never agree on many things, but I think they both listened and heard the other side and this is severely lacking in most modern debate

I may not agree with Neale Richmond on many things and I could not be further from a FG voter. However, what I would say for him is he is one of the few politicians these days who is willing to go off script. He will actually debate and not just spew scripted responses.

He definitely lives in a different Ireland than me that's for sure.

I got as far as 22 minutes & had to turn it off. Una was talking about the Ireland I know & the majority of the people of Ireland know. I'm not sure what country Neale was talking about. Maybe that's what Ireland is like in the FG bubble. Isn't that the point Una is making though

David v Goliath.

Thanks for the warning.

Fine Gael have always been out of touch. Made up of west brit traitors that abandoned the Irish in the North and slung mud at them from across the border. Disgusting that they USE REVISIONISM to claim Collins.

Poor nealerichmond came across as more than pathetic. Says something about FineGael that they would send out a backbencher for this. Didn’t want a prominent front bencher to be humiliated ? Really looking forward to the sinn fein/collins debate 👍🏻

That wasn’t a debate, that was Neale throwing a tantrum because Una was willing to state was clear to everyone else. He made it clear he is Ireland’s Trump.

This. Fucking. Guy.

this was one of the worst things ive ever listened to. 2 of the most annoying people in the country. nothing of substance was said. waste of an hour.

Thought it was very interesting, Neale clearly hoping to pressurise Una into not being critical of FG and LV but kept pretending that wasn't his point. No one mentioned the fact that FG are the govt (4eva) and thus it would be v. odd not to be most criticised even if they hadn't

I don’t think they are out of touch I think they can’t see the wood from the trees

They do everything for the people who don’t vote for them.

Not really a debate. More Neale complaining that Una keeps criticising his shitty record in government. He’s like a petulant child with absolutely nothing to say for himself.

Podcast: Una defends her right to play the man in a personalised hateful way but denies a right of reply. She said she doesn't look at Twitter - she can dish it out but can't take it. Fox news would love her. Intellectuallightweight PatLeahyIT UnaMullally
