Leo Varadkar said he hopes to have an inquiry into the handling of the pandemic up and running this year.

AN INQUIRY INTO the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic should not be about “pointing fingers” or “ascribing blame”, the Taoiseach has said.

Last year then-Taoiseach Micheal Martin said an inquiry would be a comprehensive evaluation so the country would be ready for any further pandemics but it would not involve health chiefs being called as witnesses.“It’s going to be about getting to the truths, understanding what happened. What we did well, what we did badly, what could have been done better, because we can’t assume that this is going to be the last major pandemic in our lifetime.

“We think it’s a very good contract,” he said. “It provides for a significant increase in pay for consultants. And what we want in return is the phasing out of private practice and public hospitals.

Well what has he got to fear if he is so sure he did everything right

Is he referring to a nightclub 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Waste of money so

They will 'investigate' themselves and find they did nothing wrong.

This will be another waste of taxpayer money. It will achieve exactly nothing. Don't bother

Says the man responsible...

Someone is afraid and he should be. Any politician, doctor or media personality that has wilfully pushed the covid measures or mrna death jabs should be jailed for crimes against humanity

Who agreed to bin our pandemic strategy to follow a Chinese logic ? “In political terms, even mild forms of corporatism significantly disenfranchise voters and put an ever-growing number of important decisions in the hands of unaccountable bureaucracies”

Oh but it should be.

It must and it must lead to convictions.

Criminal charges

The hell it shouldn't
