The Red Hand midfield man was sent off against Cork last weekend but has since gone through the GAA appeals process.

Conn Kilpatrick has been handed a last gasp reprieve and is available for Tyrone’s All-Ireland preliminary quarter-final encounter with Roscommon at Healy Park.

The big midfielder was hit with a two match ban at a hearing but successfully appealed the suspension.Read Next: Aidan O'Shea: ‘Are you mad? We are waiting for this guy for 15 years and you are already critiquing him. Will you let him be?’He had also been sent off during the National Football League.

The Edendork man wasn’t named in Tyrone’s 26 man panel released for the match programme, but can still come in at the last minute. Kilpatrick’s availability is a major boost for a Red Hand side, who have Frank Burns back on the bench and in serious contention for the first time this year. Conor Meyler has also taken part in recent club action and if Tyrone were to progress further could come into the reckoning.
