A Co Carlow concrete company is seeking to prevent RTÉ from broadcasting information that it claims breaches a confidential settlement it agreed with a homeowner in Wexford, according to High Court filings.
Kilcarrig Quarries has sought a court order restraining the broadcaster from reporting details of an agreement it claims to have reached with Noel O’Connor, a farmer from Gurrawn Lower, Rathnure, Co Wexford.
