Photograph: Bryan O’Brien/The Irish Times, which operates the tram service, said the Luas Red line has been fixed, but that engineers were in “fault finding mode” with the Green line and there is no indication when that line will be up and running again.The fault occurred in a shared overhead power supply between the Red and Green lines which resulted in both lines going down for a time.

Luas tickets are valid on Dublin Bus for the duration of this disruption.
