A combination of bad weather, accidents and train delays mean that there are delays in many areas around Dublin on Wednesday evening.has also been issued for seven counties and is valid until 2am on Thursday morning.
Meanwhile there's also delays to DART and commuter services due to a truck hitting a railway bridge on Bath Avenue earlier today.
