A third night of racially charged arson, looting and vandalism has gripped the city, following the death of an unarmed black man when a white police officer knelt on his neck as he lay on the ground after being arrested.
Earlier today, CNN reporter Omar Jiminez was arrested live on air while covering the protests. He and three camera crew members were led away in handcuffs."We can move back to where you like", he told the officers, who were wearing riot gear. Mr Jiminez then explained that he and his crew were members of the press and said: "We're getting out of your way".
If you know anything about CNN this was probably staged....
