The veteran Leinster star was injured there on an Ireland tour, ordered off a plane that was travelling from Port Elizbeth to Cape Town and lost twice on his most recent visit

Healy admits that the recent - and latest - Champions Cup final defeat in London still stings, and that's natural. But what is also natural is the fact that the Blues are hyped up after travelling away for a URC play-off game for the first time in five years - and as they bid for a place in the season's only other showpiece decider that is just over a week away.

So it was kind of the case that everyone was all smiles and getting through their work and a bit of head down stuff and we got through some hard work with the forwards. He was also back last month when the province brought an understrength squad in the run up to big games in the Champions Cup and Leinster suffered the consequences - their two defeats contributed to them missing out on a top seeding and a home semi-final.
