Witnesses have revealed the words of a man suspected of carrying out a sword attack in north-east London.
Police arrested a 36-year-old man after the stabbings, with footage online showing a person roaming the streets with a sword. The video shows police officers shouting “Don’t move, don’t f****** move” at the man after he’s brought to the ground by three separate taser discharges. The same officer discharged their taser again, before a female officer discharged hers at the suspect too.On Tuesday morning, a critical incident was declared in Hainault after a man carrying a ‘samurai sword’ crashed a vehicle into a house in Thurlow Gardens, before stabbing a multiple people.After crashing the vehicle, the ‘sword-wielding attacker’ stabbed members of the public and two police officers before he was arrested.
